Cell phone is not working, no reply from Telus in this department.

My cell phone is not working as of two days ago. I will need my bill adjusted for these problems with Telus in next months bill. I've made a repair ticket and did not receive a call back from anyone in this department to repair my phone. I'm seriously looking into another carrier as soon as I can.
