Just Moved In
When i make a phone call it says “your phone is not activated on the network” why is that? My plan is still on contract.

Sounds like a problem with your SIM card. You can try reinstalling it in your phone, and if that does not fix things, test it in another phone, or stop by a Telus outlet for further assessment.
