You have as much knowledge as anyone else here in the Neighbourhood. Telus does not release its plans ahead of an announcement on the media page.

EDIT: Found this on Telus' Twitter feed today:

If you find a post useful, please give the author a "Kudo"

So I went on the US apple and Canadian websites yesterday and noticed this....see the difference...The US site says activation for Apple Watch 3 is early December...

I've got my apple watch activated this afternoon

How????

How?

I was on the Watch app, a carrier update popup showed up, updated and the cellular set up button was activated. $10/m for 1GB + $20 one time activation fee

Ok, all I get is a prompt saying

"There is an issue adding or managing watch to your plan. For further assistance, please contact us."

I called customer service and the lady tells me that its not supported yet and that she spoke with tech support and they are not willing to speak with me.....what BS is this...tech support doesn't want to take my call.

Do you have a shareable data plan???

I do have a shareable plan, still that was the only option I could choose from. I’m thinking it went up ahead of time.

Thanks for the info, I've reached out to twitter support now...we will see what they say

According to the web, Telus has it live.

http://www.iphoneincanada.ca/carriers/telus/telus-apple-watch-series-3-lte-pricing/

I’ve seen that a carrier update is required on your iPhone. If you haven’t had one today, try forcing the update:

Has anyone challenged them on their pricing?  Why are they double the price per month and double the start up fee compared to Bell?  Typically the two big carriers are competitive....  Not sure why things are so different on this one.

Plus Bell has offered the first 3 months free....  forgot to mention that point.  Seems like quite the gap and Bell is the way to go at this point.

Hi! @DRobinson!

We are also offering 3 months free with the watch plan as well.

All the details can be found here: https://www.telus.com/en/bc/mobility/accessories/product/apple-watch-series-3?INTCMP=Tcom_Home_BAN_W...

You may be offering the first three months free (30.00) but you are charging 30.00 more for the watch above Apple pricing (42mm); Telus store employee told me, when I attempted to discuss this, that I get the 30.00 difference back with the three "free" months of data. Hard to see how this is a "Bonus: Get the first 3 months of your Apple Watch plan on usLooks more like its on me. Then there's the 20.00 "e sim" charge--again, just a cash grab.

I don't understand why I can't share my data bucket with the Apple Watch, instead I have to pay $10 for 1GB. Meanwhile, Bell charges $5 to use the own data bucket. That's a joke.

Here is what it says when you try to set up the watch using a Telus phone.

It is definitely cryptic to how the data is used.  1gb for Apple watch only use or additional 1gb to your existing plan.  Plus why the big price difference??  My conversation with Telus made it sound like they had no clue and they said nothing is posted yet in regards to Apple Watch plans.

It also used your shares data it’s stupid just an excuse to charge more money

I’ve got 12GB already, don’t need 1GB more.

Why is there no support for business plans? Can anyone from TELUS comment?
