Called regarding question on my last bill that was way too high and when finally got to the dept of escalation, they just hung up on me. Ok fine sh...t happens, called back, another dude (with lots construction of noises in the background) made up a story about me selecting a wrong option (i didnt select anything since its speech recognition now) and gave me a number to call....When I asked him to connect me, he put me on hold and ....you guess it...hung up on me ...again. This seems like a standart practice at Telus call centers or am i missing something? Why do they ask abourt your phone number if they dont call you back?
My next step it to go to Reddit, Facebook, Instagram with this...this is not how i planned to spend my monday evening.
