Hi ... I have the LG Nexus 4 phone ... I finally bought a new unlocked phone Huawei - Honor 8 Dual Camera Unlocked Smartphone. My question is how do I make the change to my new phone with the same phone number ? My Nexus 4 has the Micro sim card, my new phone is with the
Nano sim card . So what do I do, do I just basically buy a Telus Nano sim card and have them put my phone number into it? I don't care for what's on my Micro sim card ( numbers/ pics or what ever ) Thanks

You've pretty much got it. Buy the Telus SIM to fit your new phone, then go to 'My Account', and you'll find the process to change your SIM card number. Carefully type in the number printed on your new SIM card in the appropriate spot, and insert in your new phone, and restart it. It may take about 15 minutes for the system to register the change, and you're good to go.

You should be able to transfer your contacts, etc., through your Google account.

You will need to contact Telus directly for unlocking. Contact Us link is at the bottom of the page.
