Ordered the calendar online a few months ago....still waiting for it.  Any idea if they reserved for the online orders ??

Hi... did you got a  confirmation email? if you did the calendar will be mailed to them within 4 to 6 weeks.

::To whom it may be concerned. Have enjoyed receiving your telus calendars over the years,

Sweet pictures and so colorful I still like to receive this in the mail ..I have noticed there is no where

to get starting on getting one sent. I hope I am not too late. Please update the telus sight

so people can get started on getting one sent. I thougth they should not all be gone by now.

Happy with your service. But sure look forward to the calendar in my mailbox...

It is all not about twitter, e-mails,facebook good old snail mail is great.

Just Moved In

A lot of trouble trying to order the calendar-early December,

I left an email question with Telus, it was not answered.

Talked with a rep. at *611 and he said they were out (today). The waiting music was awful and then became fuzzy- an unclear line- when calling Telus. 

I'm supposed to be a valued customer- the web site(s) are not user friendly at any time.

They advertise " We put what matters to you at the heart of everything we do".

The calendar is what matters to me - and the one for me is apparently hanging in someone else's house.

Can telus make me happy in the next year when I pay the T-Bill and I don't even have the one perk that Telus provides; that I- in previous years used, enjoyed, and appreciated?  

The rep. says there is no record of my message.

Why not? I left one.

Why does Telus recommend that you keep a copy of your messages?

Why would there be discrepancies?

 

Really if you offer a calendar- then provide it- the opportunity for everyone to have one, without undue difficulties. And if you have that many customers disappointed then print some more,  Just put me on the _______ list to have one sent every year.  I don't mind going on-line to cancel it if I don't want it

 Thanks Telus -I've spent considerable  time just to be disappointed.  Sorry doesn't cut it.
