"Not registered on network" trying to make a call

Good morning,

When trying to make a call, I am being thrown the error "Not registered on network". I also am seeing at the top of the screen "Emergency calls only". I have tried all the troubleshooting methods (rebooting, checking the SIM card, airplane mode, resetting network, no network outages) but still cannot get it to work. I cannot make phone calls to get support so I guess this is the method of communication. Can someone please help?

  • Did any of you activate WIFI calling? When the main service is down and you have WIFI, you can make and take calls.

  • Having the same issue this past week and currently right now at this moment.

      Hello I am going through the exact same issue as Brenda. No service and not registered to network when making calls. Ive tried all those same steps. And cannot call out at all.
