sending picture

for some reason I cannot send pictures via text I used to be able to but for some reason it stopped I followed everything here https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/3-steps-to-fix-your-picture-video-message-issues and that is all set correctly I am not sure whats going on I have reset my phone tried everything I could find on the net I even called support and well to be honest it was just a waste if time for me , I am using a ulefone power 18 T
