My upgraded telus cell phone goes directly to voice mail without ringing. How can I solve this problem?

Hello,
There may be a few solutions to your problem!
1. Some phones have a "Blocking" option, in which any incoming calls automatically are blocked to prevent people from reaching you while you are busy/sleeping, make sure this is turned off in the settings menu of your phone.
2. Double check that you are receiving reception...make sure you see bars with perhaps the word LTE, 3G if you are using a smartphone. If you don't see these bars, you'll need to try rebooting your phone, or getting a new Sim Card (Free at your nearest Telus store)
3. Call in to customer support (dial *611 on your phone) to make sure there are no blocks/holds/Lost or Stolen Flag on your account and speak to technical support about this issue
4. If all those options have failed, bring it into the store where they'll fix you up!
