new sim card , same number . new to me phone unlocked from bell, will not read sim and all apn are not set ? called tech twice they cant seem to figure it out and calls mysteriously drop ,,,ha anyone have solution?
You may want to check in the Settings of your device to enter the APN settings manually. You should be able to search online for that. Here are the TELUS settings:
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MMS Protocol: WAP 2.0
APN type: default, supl, mms
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
