I hope by now your sim was activated, but you can always activate your sim yourself online at telusmobility.com. If you're a current active client trying to transfer your line on a new sim, go to Your Account>Device>Change device>Change Sim. If you are activating a new number, you can click on the link at the bottom right of the homepage "Activate your device". You can also go to any Telus store or contact customer service at 1-866-558-2273 for assistance
