Just Moved In
I upgraded my phobe a month ago. I changed my data and plan. My data is switched on but has never worked. And I'm sick of waiting on hold to speak to a telus representative!

Few things. Check in yor settings -> network and see if mobile data is disabled. Also check that your APN settings are correct, if not here they are.

If you stop into any Telus store, they should be able to get your data working fairly quickly.

Just out of curiosity, if you bought your phone in store, did the rep test everything out to make sure it's working before you left?

If the apn settings are right and it's still not working, it could just be a provisioning issue that customer service or tech would have to fix.
