complaints on BB Z10 or 30

has anyone had issues with there BB Z10 or 30? I am thinking on getting the BB Z30 asap. need advice 1st thanksor I was thinkinh one the sam rugby phone LTE nort sure if the note 3 is good as well? but hard to find cases for them.
