Windows 8.1 for Lumia 520

The update is available everywhere now for the 520 but when I check for phone updates it says I am up to date.

Any idea why it is not happening for me?

LGJ-Welcome to the forum: No worries your "Nokia Lumia 520-Update" will arrive soon. I Updated recently my (SGs4) it took a week to get it after, was released by Samsung. As you know it Telus, will send you a [Text/msge] with a link to install it. Just remember, after finished the installation, turn Off/Phone +Re-start it. So be patient & good luck.  Bye "v9"
