I was given a quote for the phone I sent in the email said it would take 14 days to get me my payment that was back on February 1st 2024 it's now February 28th with no credit and I've sent 5 emails but have yet to get a response any ideas?

That's definitely odd. Have you called our Mobility team so they could investigate?

Yes I called and was told there was nothing they could do as trade ins were done elsewhere and he gave me this email [email protected]. I've emailed it 5 times no response and it's getting very frustrating.
