I am trying to find out which debt collection agency has bought my Telus account debt to settle the account and get the active status changed on my credit report. The account was cancelled, but it is still reflecting missed payments on my credit report. I have attempted the Telus chatbots, operators, a store... all to no avail. All I would like to know is how to go about finding the contact information of the collection agency that is responsible for the debt and reporting. No one is calling me, so I have no idea where to look.

I have the same problem, my Telus account has been canceled a few months ago and I've paid off all the bills. But my credit score went down due to missing payments to Telus. I've contacted the support team via phone a few times and they confirmed that the account is canceled. Meanwhile it displays open in Credit Karma and Borrower. What should I do to close it?
