Hi, I ordered my iPad Pro 4th gen on April 13. When I check the status it says I should receive within 5-7 business days. I have emailed the web store and the automatic response says they'll get back to me within 3-4 business days, well, I email them almost 2 weeks ago to check my status. This coming Monday, will be 5 weeks since I ordered. They gladly took my money but don't have the common courtesy of replying to my email to let me know what's going on. Very disappointed.
Anyone else order a device in the last couple months and are having a hard time getting your device? Or a human to reply?
