I want my service to be temporarily halted. I don't want the thrives to use my roaming. I already have a police report. I would like to know if my account includes device protection plan. You also want to provide the phone's IMEI number to disable the phone from future use.
You did put a password on the phone to prevent your personal data to be accessed.

The best to do is contact Telus to report your phone as lost/stolen
