Slimline remote volume

I'm trying to setup the remote slimline to work on my Samsung blueray DVD but the volume ain't working ( Power works).

I tried the blue ray samsung code , the power works not the volume

In some cases, the remote will not take on all functions of the player. There are limitations when programming it.
