Should I upgrade to 5 from 4s

From the 4S to the 5 the differences are the larger screen, LTE and the lightening port. If you need those things sure upgrade thouhg I would suggest ponying up a bit and getting a 5S or wait a year and get an iPhone 6

There are a lot of compelling reasons to upgrade in my opinion. 

1. iOS 7 is an amazing new operating system that does not preform that well on the 4.
2. The camera on the iPhone 5 is much, much better if you are into taking pictures 
3. LTE is shockingly fast if you listen to streaming music or watch online videos. 

Those are a few reasons to consider the upgrade.
