How long does it take for Telus to ship devices, or more specifically, the Moto G? I ordered my Moto G on Monday, and I still haven't received an email confirming it has been shipped yet

Hi, normal shipping normally takes between 1 and 3 business days.

I suggest you to contact TELUS either through Twitter @TELUSsupport or send them a private message through their Facebook page. Their social media team is pretty good.

I ordered Apple iPhone 6 16GB (Space Grey) - 2 year term and i still not receive my phone right now and email saiys "Your order will be couriered within 3 to 5 business days. We'll send you another email containing your tracking number when your order is shipped." and i ordered it last feb29,2016 can someone  help me i really need my phone
