At the moment we don't have an estimated date or any idea if we are going to have Samsung S4 Mini, I would suggest you to keep connected and check in telusmobility.com, there would be the first place were all information about phones is. 🙂 Hope you have a great one!

I know when it was announced Samsung Canada tweeted about it and to wait and see which pretty much means that it is coming. I wouldn't be surprised if it were to come out soon as carriers need more actual mid range devices with their 2 year contracts.
