I need to know what I can do in order to get my screen back on my Samsung Evergreen Cellphone. I have tried taking the battery out and cleaning the terminals, gently banging the phone in my palm a few times, turning it on and off, and recharging the battery. It occurred when I went to slide the phone closed. Any ideas??

Hi, remotely, it's hard to tell you what's wrong on your device but it seems to be a hardware issue, not your network. Did you search on Google to see if other Evergreen users are having similar issues? You may find an answer online, otherwise, take it to a TELUS store to have someone look at the device.
