Hi Rina, I'm a fellow ATV S user and have never had challenges connecting to Wi-Fi. What sort of symptoms are you having? Do you see networks, but just can't connect?
Basic steps I try to generally troubleshoot things on my phone:
- See if it's just this Wi-Fi network or others - is it your device, or could it be the router?
- Turn the setting on/off (in this case the Wi-Fi networking in your Wi-Fi settings)
- Turn the phone off, pull the battery for 30 seconds, put it back in, power back on
- See if related settings seem to work or if it's just Wi-Fi - Airport Mode, Mobile Network, etc - helps to narrow down where/what the issue may be
