Please can any staff member reach out I don't know what to do....
I placed an order and have yet to receive any updates. Tracking is stuck on order placed. It's frustrating because webstore says fast shipping. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone when I call just on hold for hours

cancel that order and order again. If it does not ship, they are waiting for product. This is happening a lot with supply chain.
