Purolator Delivered Phone to Unknown Recipient
Ordered a Pixel 9 from Telus - unfortunately, Purolator delivered it to an unknown recipient. What do I do now? Who do I contact to get another phone sent to me? Thanks!

Hello ernestk, Purolator didn't give you more information regarding this issue? My advice would be to call the TELUS mobility team here 1-866-558-2273 and they'll be able to help you. Feel free to keep us posted and thanks!

Thank you! Purolator got back to me and indicated they had a status error in my tracking.
