I am a new customer and i bought two plan with iPhone 16 two days ago ,waiting for devices. I called for price match but could not get helped, very poor customer service. My service is not activated yet and i got bill for $420 i am very surprised, if i didn't get the answer i will cancel my order. Thanks

Telus is not like it used to be. I am cancelling my services with them after 30 years. Their rate plans are better for new activations instead of customers who have been loyal to them for the beginning.
