Jelly bean 4.3 loss of quick button for mobile data

Ok, I update OS to 4.3 today and I noticed right away, I lost my Mobile Data on/off Quick Button and No 4G activation icon.  I don't see any easy way to customize this either without 3rd party app..... what a pain!

Hi there, many features can change when an OS update is done and your provider can't do much about it. The cool thing is, on Android, you can find many applications to 'go around' the issue. It's not always the best solution but at least it gets the job done.
