Hi,
I presently have a $55 plan (voice 25 + 6gb data) and i want to upgrade to Iphone 5s keeping my current plan. though i don't understand the following..
1. when rogers/fido is offering there loyal customers upgrade to Iphone 5s if they have a minimum $60 plan then why only telus is penalizing us and asking for a minumum $70 plan for upgrades.
2. why cann't i just add few features to my present plan to get the minumum $70 for upgrade. i don't want the present grabage $70+ plans.

1. It is a policy TELUS made that applies equally to new & existing customers to treat everyone the same, Rogers & Fido also require you to spend >$70 if you are a new customer
2. They don't want you to keep that specific plan, Bell & Rogers have similar policies for the 6GB plans people have been getting the past few years. Main reason you would be told is that the economics of that plan do not make sense on a 2 year term.
