Hi guys , im wondering if any of u guys got mislead by a rep concerning the delay for the pre order ? I pre order mine sept 13 10am EST and since no ubdate on the order its ( processed ). When i call i get different answer from different support or rep. I got told by the in store rep the phone will be delivered the 20 sept to my house then nothing. I called support and one told me 24-25 sept and the other one told me no information was available concerning the shipping and another one told me the 29th sept anyone dealing with this non sense right now ?

Yes I am having problems. My iPhone 16 apparently shipped but then I get a message stating my order has been halted. Very confusing and misleading. I do not think I will be receiving my iPhone 16 anytime soon.

I sent an e-mail to support. Did you receive it? My iPhone 16 is on the truck scheduled to deliver to me today. I do not know why my order is on hold. Can you look into this for me. Chris Z.
