If I order a certified pre-owned phone today, would I receive it by December 24th?

I am an existing customer. I started a new 3-year plan (for my son) in and around May.  At that time my son chose the Samsung Galaxy 4 phone. This phone was lost approx. 1 1/2 months ago and he has since been using a 9320 blackberry that I had purchased earlier. I am interested in purchasing the HTC One Certified pre-owned phone but need to know if I could receive it by Dec. 24th.  As I live in Ajax I could get it as either the Pickering Town  Centre store or the one in Ajax.
