I have a music file saved as MP3 / WAV and I want to use it as my voice mail greeting. Any ideas?
Other than playing the file my computer and holding the phone to the speaker.

The voicemail has no way of using a sound file stored on any of your devices. You'll have to play it loud enough for the voicemail to hear it when you go to record the greeting.
