Hauwei Internet stick reverse connections

Can someone tell me if it is possible to use Remote Desktop Protocol to remotely connect to a system using a Hauwei Internet stick? So far I have not been able to get any kind of inbound connection to this system working. ICMP, RDP or even Telnet or SSH.

Thanks

If you do not have an exclusive internet IP address to the stick, there are other ways to get to it(like LogMein). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAT_traversal

Your IP address may be a NAT IP.  Your IP address is actually a LAN IP , which leads to an Internet routable IP ,and you are sharing that with many other users

Some cell data sticks/phones may be allow you to see that LAN IP(10.x.x.x) in your data connection page.
