With eSIMs when travellings easy roam offers little to no benefit. It doesn't make sense to offer a service for so much money when eSIMs allow for all the connection you need on $1/ GB cost.

Hi @SZ23 - not sure if you wanted to just let us know about those costs or if you wanted to create a discussion but there are many ways to roam.
Easy roam is non-ironically the easiest. No hassle of shopping around and no need to deal with this aspect of your trip. Not to mention that it works for 2FA situations and you only pay for the days that you use.
Depending on the destination, perhaps one of our Canada-US/Canada-US-Mexico plans would be better for worry-free travel.
There is definitely a place for keeping your phone number active while you travel but there are always tons of options out there.

One of them would be for Telus to enable wi-fi calling outside of Canada and the USA as it does NOT require towers. (Like Rogers, Freedom, SaskTel, etc. do).
