Does Telus offer any international calling cards for mobile phones that offer reduced rates?

Telus offers a number of long distance add-ons to their mobility plans. You can review the options here.  

You can purchase calling cards from the usual suppliers, if you prefer.

In either case, you will need enough minutes in your mobility plan to cover the minutes you are on the phone.

Neighbourhood convenience stores, especially those run by immigrants to Canada, usually have a ready supply of international calling cards. Just be sure they can readily connect to the locations you wish to call. You can also buy them online by searching for international calling plans or international calling cards.
