Blu Win HD LTE MMS

I have a Blu Win HD LTE carrier-unlocked phone and I am unable to receive MMS messages.

I verified the IMEI with Telus' device compatibility check (http://mobility.telus.com/en/AB/phones-and-devices/devicecompatibility.shtml?INTCMP=TcomBYODCompatib...). I correctly typed in the MMS APN information (I followed the information given on the Telus site as well as --> https://apn-canada.gishan.net/settings/os_22_3_windows_phone_10microsoft_windows_10_internet_and_mms...

I am able to send MMS on the phone but I am not able to receive MMS; suggesting that it is not an issue with the APN information I typed in. I am not having this issue with other phones as it works on a Samsung galaxy s4 and a Blu win HD (Not the same as the BLU win HD LTE). This suggests to me that it is not an issue with my sim card.

Any suggestions?

Being a compatible device is one thing, having it configured correctly will be the other. Have you called Telus support yet? Windows phones are a bit quirky.

Being a compatible device is one thing, having it configured correctly will be the other. Have you called Telus support yet? Windows phones are a bit quirky.
