I live in Richmond BC and i was using shaw Internet 300 for years with a great satisfaction. At some point in 2019 some Telus guys came to my townhouse and did some work to "upgrade" my interent fiber, and somehow convinced me to switch to Telus Internet 300. Since then I was never able to play online gaming properlly. The internet 300 from Telus is normally having a download speed around 60Mbps and upload around 2-20Mbps. According to the telus website the minimum speed should be around 75% of 300Mbps which would be at least 200Mbps, which is always a dream speed for me all time lone. Any explainations for this before I switch back to Shaw?
