What do you mean by shutting off? Do all your devices lose connection to the WiFi or just one device? Or do you mean the router itself actually shuts off?
If you get reconnected automatically after waiting then it may be due to the router rebooting. This could be caused by noisy wall power or a faulter power supply. Do you have the router power supply directly in the wall or do you use a surge protector power bar?
