Wifi-Plus vs Eero 7

Hoping to get some opinions here on what the better setup here is. I've had Wifi plus since I got TELUS internet 2 years ago. It's ok, but lately I've had issues where the devices connected to my secondary AP (an Airties device) just drop, and it takes a reboot or a factory reset to get it back.

I ordered an Eero 7 2-pack from Amazon which is arriving later today. I also called TELUS support on Monday night, and they're sending me a replacement AP for the Airties (a second Boost 2.0), which presumably should resolve the issue of devices dropping. They also scheduled a call with an App Engineer to look at my TELUS Connect app, which says my wifi devices are connected to "Ethernet" no matter they're connected to. It also shows my secondary AP (the airties) as just another device on the network, and not an AP like the Boost 2.0.

I figured this was the easier solution, getting TELUS to fix the issues, as well as the cheapest. The Eero 7 is $350 which is steep, but wifi-plus is $10/month, so I've already put $240 into it. Having the Eero app is very appealing to me as I love having full visibility into my network, and anyone who's used TELUS Connect will know it's not very good...

So do I bite the bullet and keep the Eero, or give TELUS another change with Wifi-plus? The Boost 2.0 is supposed to be on the way, but they said 3-5 business days I haven't gotten any shipping notices.
