What is the username for Telus router????

Had a home internet service installed about a week ago. Asked the installer for the wifi password and admin password and he showed it to me on the round WIFI box. Didn't click that i need a login name. 

I have wifi password and admin password. I know how to access the router

Now i would like to access the router so i can change the password, network name etc. Our Rogers box had a sticker on the bottom with all of it on it. How do i find out the username? I tried what google suggested admin/telus but it doesnt work. I tried admin/(password thats on the round box) same thing.

That is odd, it should be Admin or whatever is written on the router sticker as posted at https://bit.ly/3pXSc4t Have you tried doing a hard reset before attempting to use the default passwords?

it's uder the Default wifi Password, you just need to know what the IP address that the network assigned to it, like 192,168.1.92 as an example
