VPN's and this site
Why do I get an error trying to login to this site when my VPN is running? Is access limited to Canadians only?

Short answer, yes VPNs are blocked.
All VPN is being blocked to prevent you from accessing Telus from outside of the country. This has been discussed a number of times when people on holiday were prevented from watching TV from Mexico and the USA.
