We avail unlimited internet plan, but then, in our usage it says we have 1000 GB of data. So what if we exceed the data usage without our knowledge then we will be charged extra for the over use, I also attached the usage photo. Fix this as soon possible.

Let me guess. Your plan is the same as many unlimited plans where after 1000 the internet is trottled down, just works slower. This has been going on for many years many providers. But you do get unlimited, just slower.

Check to see if you still have the unlimited data add-on showing on your statements / account. It's usually good for the term of the contract and then drops off if you don't catch it. On my usage screen like your screenshot, it says "### GB / unlimited" where yours says "### GB / 1000 GB". If you click the Show All button at the bottom of that screen it should show the extended usage history of your account (last 12 months). See if you can see any that mention unlimited. May give you an idea when it dropped off.
You will need to speak with sales / loyalty to get the unlimited data re-added if it is gone.
