I used Telus’ online tool to register my change of address and move internet service to my new home. The tool confirmed that no technician was required for service to be provided at the new address. However when I got there, it turned out that they do need to send a technician but cannot make one available for nearly two weeks.
Is there anything you can do or suggest to reduce the delay and get me connected sooner?
The delay is a direct result of Telus’ flawed online relocation tool and leaves me extremely frustrated.
I’d suggest to others who are relocating their service that they do so via the call centre and not rely on Telus’ online service.
