We have been trying for months to get the external Fibre cable installation completed by Telus, so that the inside work can be done. The external install is being done by a 3rd party. We live at a rural address and must have an appointment as it takes us an extensive amount of time to get there and we have a locked gate at our property. We have made many appointments. The installation crews either never show up at the appointed imes, or just try and show up whenever and are left with no one being home (because they don't have an appointment). Then we get threatening letters and emails from Telus telling us our service is getting cut off, despite the fact we pay our invoices on time and have made many appointments. We have made written complaints to the Telus Fibre email and to the Telus Fibre 1-855-755-2822 number and they have not been able to resolve the issue. We need assistance!
