Telus email is hosted by Google and is essentially Gmail. Gmail doesn't acutally use folders but instead uses labels to tag messages and then present these messages grouped by those labels. "All Mail" is exactly what it says all of your email. Then labels are used to organise this mail into inbox, junk, etc.
