Telus $75 a month fibre internet plan is a scam

I signed up for the $75 a month internet plan ($85 a month with $10 off for koodo/telus phone plans) and they are refusing to apply the $10 discount for me. I have called twice so far and both times they told me they will call me back to set the discount but I'm still waiting.

This is a total scam and now I am stuck paying more than I agreed to.

Hi @Palsa normally the credit would be applied to the next bill cycle.  Did you verify your mobile bill to see if the discount is not applied there?  Please keep us posted.
