I noticed on the My Wi-Fi app that my upload speed has drastically dropped again. It used to average about 10Mbps but now it's at around 2-3 Mbps. My download speed, however, has remained the same since. In May, I talked to a technician over the phone and they were able to "prioritize the upload speed," so that I was receiving the proper upload speeds. My router is currently the T3200 if this information will help with the situation. Personally don't want to make this a reoccurring situation, calling Telus every time my internet is being throttled... I hope someone here is able to help me because I heavily rely on my upload speed for work, thanks in advance.
