Hi, I called telus last week asking to cancel my service on December 3rd 2024, I told the agent that I would like to cancel immediately. However, I still got a bill for December two days later, the service still show up in my TELUS app, I didn't receive any confirmation email except an instruction to return my equipment, didn't receive a final bill for cancelation fee etc., and my TELUS internet is still working. Does this mean the agent didn't cancel the service for me?
