My elderly friend has moved into a nursing home. I have a bag of Telus equipment that she asked me to return. I don't know how to do this. The local store doesn't accept, I was on hold with Telus for over two hours yesterday, again today requested a call back - texted me to say they'd call in approx one hour, its now been over three hours. My friend is suffering from dementia and is unable to manage this. Her account was closed in September when she moved. I have a copy of her final bill.
