Telus came to our area and laid fiber optic cables in around Sep 2024. Their big tractor which carried the cable left long and deep tire marks on the front of our house. Good thing that I took picture of it when they parked the tractor there. I called them in October and they promised they would send their technical team over and do the repair work - basic landscaping. Up to now no one came! I called last week and gave the details of my address and phone number to the Telus representative. She said someone would call me within 24 to 48 hour. Still no one call!
When Telus promotes their service it says on their website any damage to the area where they laid fiber optic cables would be repaired and restored to the original conditions......... . It seems they don't keep the promise!
